What does actually working with you look like — is it complicated?

Working with me is a 5-step process: discovery, strategy, design, development, and launch. You’re involved at every approval point and never left wondering what’s happening next. Most clients say it’s clearer than working with an agency.

Is this going to be worth the investment?

I price based on the scope of the conversion problem, not on hours. If I don’t think a website will generate a return for your type of business, I’ll tell you that upfront — I won’t take on a project I can’t deliver results for

Will it actually work for my clinic / real estate business?

I work exclusively in three niches because generic website thinking doesn’t apply to appointment-based businesses or property sales. The strategy I use is built around how your specific type of customer makes decisions.

Why not just use an agency or a cheaper freelancer?

Agencies split your project across teams — a PM, a designer, a developer — and you pay for the coordination overhead. Cheaper freelancers typically skip the strategy layer entirely. I’m one person who does both, and stays accountable for the outcome
