Most websites look fine. Mine are built to actually bring in business.
I’m Aniket — a conversion-focused website designer based in Nashik, working exclusively with dental clinics, real estate businesses, and skin clinics across India.
I started AniketDesigns because I kept seeing the same gap. Business owners with professional websites that sat there, looked good, and brought in nothing. This practice exists to close that gap — one niche project at a time.
Filtered by industry so you see what’s relevant to your business.
Why I work only in these three niches — and why that matters for your project.
The first time I built a website for a clinic, I noticed something. The owner showed it to patients and said “it looks great.” Three months later, they told me the site hadn’t brought a single new booking.
That gap between “looks good” and “works” became the only problem I wanted to solve.
Most web designers approach every project the same way — they take the brief, pick a template, add your brand colours, and hand it over. That produces a website that looks presentable. It doesn’t produce one that converts.
Conversion-focused design is different. It starts with understanding how your specific type of customer makes decisions — what they need to see, what removes their hesitation, what makes them finally pick up the phone or fill out a form.
Dental patients don’t book clinics they don’t trust. Property buyers don’t inquire on projects that don’t look credible. Skin clinic clients don’t book procedures from websites that feel generic.
Every niche has a different psychology. I focus on three because I want to know each one properly — not guess at it from a design brief.
If you’re in one of those three niches, I probably understand your customer better than most people you’ve spoken to about your website.
Process
What working with me actually looks like — from first message to live site
Process Values
Strategy before anything else.
Before I open Figma, I want to understand how your business gets clients. What brings someone to your site, what makes them hesitate, and what would make them contact you. That’s the foundation every design decision builds on.
You approve before I build.
The strategy, the page structure, and the design all go through your approval before the next stage starts. No surprises. No “here’s the finished website, what do you think?”
One clear revision round.
Revisions are structured — not open-ended. This protects your budget and keeps the project moving. Most clients find one round is enough because the strategy session at the start removes most of the guesswork.
Communication & Delivery
How we communicate:
WhatsApp and email. I respond within one business day throughout the project. You’ll never chase me for an update.
What you get at handover:
A live website you can update yourself — no developer needed. Built on WordPress + Elementor with a walkthrough so you know how to use it. Plus post-launch support for adjustments in the weeks after going live.
What doesn't happen:
No disappearing after the invoice. No handing you off to someone else. No scope creep from unclear expectations. I’ve seen all of these from freelancers my clients worked with before — they’re the reason I built the process I use now.
Expertise
What I specialise in — and why it's relevant to your project.
WordPress + Elementor Development
Every site I build is on WordPress with Elementor. This is a deliberate choice — not a limitation. It means fast-loading pages, clean mobile performance, and a site you can update after launch without touching code or calling a developer.
Conversion-Focused UI Design
The design work starts in Figma. Every layout is built around a conversion hypothesis — what does this visitor need to see, in what order, to feel confident enough to contact you? That question drives every section, not aesthetic preference.
Mobile-First Builds
The clients I work with — clinic owners and builders — see the majority of their web traffic on mobile. Every project is designed mobile-first and tested across devices before launch.
Niche Strategy for Healthcare & Real Estate
Understanding how dental patients, property buyers, and skin clinic clients make decisions online isn’t transferable from general web design experience. It comes from working repeatedly in these verticals — which is why I work in only three.
Fit
The clients I do my best work for — and the ones where I'm not the right fit.
I’d rather be specific and lose a lead than be vague and waste both our time.
We'll work well together if:
- You own or manage a dental clinic, skin clinic, or real estate business in India — and your website isn't generating the inquiries your business deserves
- You've had a website built before and it looked fine but brought in nothing — you're tired of that result
- You want to understand the strategy behind the design, not just approve colours
- You're happy to invest in a site built for business performance — not looking for the cheapest available option
- You're okay with a 3–5 week delivery window and can prepare your content (photos, copy, pricing) in advance
- You communicate on WhatsApp and respond reasonably fast — because that's how the project stays on track
I'm probably not right for you if:
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.
- You need something live this week
- You're looking to compare five quotes and go with the lowest
- You want a website that "just looks good" without a conversion goal
- You're outside the three niches I work in
- You want unlimited revisions or an open-ended brief
If the left column described you, we’re probably a good match. The discovery call is where we confirm it.
Client Words
What past clients say — about the work and about working with me.
I’d rather be specific and lose a lead than be vague and waste both our time
“We’re in the early stages of taking on client projects. Relationship-based client feedback will appear here as work is delivered — you’re welcome to ask for a direct introduction to a past client on the discovery call.”

If you've read this far, you probably already know if we're a good fit.
The discovery call is 30 minutes, free, and specific to your situation. I’ll look at your current site before we speak and come with real observations — not a presentation about what I do.
You don’t need a brief. You don’t need to know exactly what you want. Just tell me what’s not working right now and we’ll figure out the rest from there.
30 minutes. No obligation. I’ll have reviewed your current site before we speak.
Currently taking on a limited number of new projects each month.
